Frederick (Bobby) Malone Jr.
President
Bobby Malone is the President of Clubhouse Services, Inc., a 30-year-old company serving the multi-family industry across four Southeastern states. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has also used his expertise in business and financial management to mentor and support his local church.
Bobby and his wife, Victoria Wint-Malone, founded CFAA to help connect orphaned children with Christian families before aging out of foster care. Their mission extends to Jamaica, where CFAA focuses on transforming rural communities for Christ and engaging multiple generations in international missions.
The Malones have three daughters, three sons-in-law, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. They have been active members of Victory Church in Norcross, GA, since 2004.

Victoria Wint-Malone
Executive Director
Victoria Wint-Malone has been a dedicated advocate for vulnerable children and a visionary leader as the Executive Director of Christian Family Aid Alliance (CFAA) since 2013.
Married to Bobby Malone since 2001, Victoria has played a pivotal role in driving CFAA’s mission to provide forever homes for orphans and bring transformative change to rural communities in Jamaica.
Her unwavering commitment and compassionate leadership have fostered hope and connection, creating a lasting impact on families and communities alike.

Imlah Carey, CPA, MBA
Treasurer
Imlah Carey is a licensed CPA in Georgia and Virginia and the Managing Partner of Wright and Carey Accounting, LLC. She also serves as the Financial Controller for a nonprofit agency in Atlanta. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz (B.S. in Accounting) and the University of Phoenix (MBA), Imlah has extensive experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Passionate about serving underserved communities, Imlah has been involved in outreach programs across the U.S., including Clarkston, Georgia's Refugee Village, and participated in mission trips to West Africa and Jamaica.
Imlah is married to Michael, with whom she shares four children and provides full-time care for her 85-year-old mother. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

Ashley Bischoff
Secretary
Ashley Bischoff is driven by a purpose-filled life and a commitment to making a difference. She is the founder of LightHouse Hope Services, a nonprofit providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing domestic abuse.
With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Ashley is deeply invested in her community, focusing on supporting women and children, mental health, and uplifting the human spirit.
For over a decade, she has served as IT Operations Manager at Enpro Industries, overseeing IT support services across the organization.
